Once again, Jean Sargent was on top of a repair. This time it was a water leak at a rental. Within a day, she scheduled a contractor to do a site visit to determine if it was related to an earlier water/sewer line leak. It was not. The leak was related to an irrigation issue. She had the gardeners respond the next day to repair the valve. Silver Creek Valley Properties provides excellent service.

We have been renting a home through Lisa and SCVP for over 3 years now. The owners live out of the country and we have found it doesn't take long to get repairs approved by the owners, considering the extreme time difference, due to the diligence of their staff. I like the ability to pay rent, safely online. I'm also a fan of the online portal where we can easily request maintenance repairs. We are very happy with Lisa and SCVP.
